What to do on your first session
The first session is always free at Apollo Judo Club, on you first session we ask you arrive 5 minutes before the session so we can arrange a Judo jacket to wear.

Under 8’s session is for ½ hour at 6pm, the first lesson is free, and then its £1.50
Juniors 8+ session is for 1 hour at 6.30pm, the first lesson is free, and then its £3
Seniors session is for 1½ hours at 7.30pm, the first lesson is free, and then its £4

What to Wear
Please wear joggers and a plain t shirt
Remove any metal i.e. earrings, hair clips or rings
